Your Android phone will do the hard work of sending SMS or MMS. It will do this automatically using Android application provided with Muslim Community Connect App.®. When you send SMS or MMS, it will be stored on your server first then it will directed to application installed on your mobile.
How do you count messages?
Each message is equal to one message to one phone number. In other words, if you have 250 subscribers on one of your lists and you send a text blast to that list 2 times, you've used 500 messages.
Are there any contracts or hidden fees?
Absolutely not! You're simply billed on the monthly anniversary of your signup date and that's it. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time.
Need additional message credits?
Each plan includes a number of message credits. A message credit is consumed for each text sent in or out. If you send a lot of messages and your usage exceeds the number included in your plan, you will be automatically billed at the per-message rate associated with your plan. Contact sales for pricing details. Message credits do not rollover.
How secure are payments on your website?
Muslim Community does not store credit or debit card details on this website. All payment data is securely stored by a third-party PCI-compliant payment gateway.
How does two-way SMS work and how am I charged for texts?
You are only charged for the texts that you send. All incoming SMS are free.
To receive texts from your members you need to enable a local number, a toll free number, or you rent a cellphone from Muslim-Community.
SMS received on your own number are sent directly to your mobile phone. Muslim-Community has no control over them.
Does it uses my mobile phone credits to send messages?
Yes, It uses your mobile phone SIM to send messages so you will need enough credits on your SIM to send SMS or MMS messages.
